You’re Not “Too Sensitive.”

You’re Not “Losing It.”

You’re in Perimenopause and you deserve Support.

Perimenopause is real.

And you do not have to navigate it alone.

Sleep disruption.

Anxiety out of nowhere.

Brain fog.

Body changes that feel unfamiliar.

Mood swings.

Rage that surprises even you.

This 6-week therapist-led group is a safe, structured, trauma-competent space designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body and mind; and regain a sense of steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.

Who This Group Is For

This group is for women who:

  • Are experiencing hormonal shifts (typically late 30s–50s)

  • Feel emotionally overwhelmed or dysregulated

  • Notice increased anxiety, irritability, or low mood

  • Feel disconnected from their body or identity

  • Are navigating relationship strain during this transition

  • Are high-achieving and frustrated that their capacity feels different

If you’ve been thinking, “This doesn’t feel like me.” Then this space is for you.

What Makes This Group Different

This is not a casual support circle. This is:

  • Therapist-led

  • Grounded in nervous system regulation

  • Trauma-competent

  • Psychoeducational and practical

  • Small group for depth and connection

  • Structured and emotionally safe

You will leave each session with tools, not just validation.

What You Will Gain

By the end of 6 weeks, you will:

  • Understand what perimenopause is (and what it is not)

  • Learn how hormonal shifts impact mood, anxiety, sleep, and cognition

  • Build a nervous system regulation toolkit

About Your Co-Facilitator

Natacha Pennycooke, MS, RP is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) with over 15 years of clinical experience across hospitals, trauma centres, and private practice. As an international speaker and mental health consultant, she specializes in building trauma-informed and equity-centered spaces. Her work is deeply rooted in decolonizing psychology, moving beyond surface-level coping to address both personal healing and the systemic realities that shape our lives.

"Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself with awareness, regulation, and choice."

Natacha’s approach is relational and deeply attuned to the nervous system. By integrating evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT with somatic, embodiment-based interventions and Afri-centric psychology, she helps high-achieving women move from internal overwhelm to sustainable transformation. She is dedicated to helping you strengthen your capacity to regulate, so that anxiety and overperformance no longer run the show.

About Your Co-Facilitator

Mercy Adinkrah-Asem, RP is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. Before transitioning to psychotherapy, she spent nearly twenty years in the fast-paced world of media marketing, giving her a unique, first-hand understanding of the pressures high-achieving women face when their capacity begins to shift.

Mercy’s clinical approach is grounded in a trauma-aware, culturally informed, and anti-oppressive framework. She specializes in helping diverse clients manage anxiety and life transitions using cognitive-behavioural and narrative therapies.

"I believe in holding a safe, restorative space where you can navigate life's most difficult challenges while reclaiming your inherent strengths."

We intentionally keep the group small (20 women) to ensure depth of connection, safety, and meaningful support.

This season of life requires support, not self-criticism.

Disclaimer: This group is not a substitute for individual therapy. It is a psycho-educational group designed to hold space, build community, and provide support for men as we explore identity, emotional resilience, and connection.
